The Team Alignment Workshop includes up to 10 seats, bringing together a mix of marketing, sales, and leadership key stakeholders. Prior to the workshop, your team lead will meet with a DGI Advisor to discuss and finalize the attendee list.
Your Digital Growth Strategy is delivered via a one-day facilitated workshop. You take good notes to gain objective insight into your unique situation, which are further supported by 9-12 practical and concise strategic recommendations along with an implementation roadmap. The insights and recommendations you gain are framed around:

Your team lead will participate in a one-hour strategy kickoff session with a DGI advisor while investing approximately one-hour to complete their Digital Growth Diagnostic Survey. Each attendee for the Team Alignment Workshop will need to invest around 10-15 minutes to complete the Digital Growth Benchmark Assessment.
We do not need any PII data and as our diagnostic focuses on performance data for the following channels: your website, online/mobile banking, online account opening, in-branch account opening, digital ads, email marketing, and social media.
The Digital Growth Strategy Delivery includes 6-8 seats for key stakeholders who will work to apply the strategy to eliminate customer journey blind spots for a key product line. Prior to the delivery, your team lead will meet with a DGI Advisor to discuss and finalize the attendee list.
Once you and your team receive the Digital Growth Strategy, you will have the opportunity to continue to Step 3 in the Banking on Digital Growth Program: Apply and Optimize Your Strategy. It is here you and your team will continue to gain accountability and guidance through 1:1 coaching sessions, team workshops, and access to the Digital Growth University.
The Team Alignment Workshop and Digital Growth Strategy will be delivered onsite. Your team lead will work with a DGI Advisor to coordinate A/V needs. You also have the option to
travel to our office in Houston as well for both the Team Alignment Workshop and Digital Growth Strategy.
Travel for both the onsite Team Alignment Workshop and Digital Growth Blueprint is a flat $3,000. This includes airfare for the facilitator, plus one night lodging, and ground transportation.
