  3. Financial coaching will emerge as a key revenue driver for digital growth. Stress, particularly financial stress, is taking a toll on people's health, relationships, and well being. Coaching can help.
  4. FinTech partnerships will help bridge capability gaps.
  5. We'll see financial brand marketing teams operate like in-house media production teams focused on content production and promotion.
  6. Video-driven communication will humanize digital channels and experiences.
